2/11 Check-In

I really really really need to get back on my exercise routine. I've been soooo lazy lately. Lazy and tired, very tired again today. *yawn*

Up a pound this week to 115, it's TOM and I'm extremly bloated. hmmmmm maybe that's why I'm so tired too?

Still not tracking, so obviously not doing bad on the food side. No huge gain or loss, so I think I'm eating right.

Quit talking about me!!!!! I actually lost a whole .3 pound. So there. And Breezy, quit being so in sync with me, it's my TOM too.

Oh gawd, I personally know how it is when one Morden woman has her period, I now fear for my life for walking into a place where two Morden woman have it. Yikes. *backs out of blog*

On a serious note (not that the above isn't serious) I am now 3 weeks into the personal trainer and I don't feel or see a difference. :( From what they say, once I build up more muscle I will start to drop the pounds. So I am trying to be patient this time around.
