Check-In 6/3

Back down one to 118. I bought a Yoga DVD to try yesterday, but I couldn't find the DVD remote this morning when I went to try it. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Not sure if I'm going to like it, it seemed a little kooky to me. I was really hoping to get Yoga for Dummies, I would think that would be less kooky? Maybe?

Monday- Rest 4 miles during DD's softball practice
Tuesday- 4 miles, Easy walking Shred and abs
Wednesday- 30 minutes, Moderate cross-training Shred
Thursday- 5 miles, Moderate walking
Friday- 45 minutes , Easy cross-training
Saturday- 12 miles, Easy walking
Sunday- 9 miles, Easy walking

I won a $25 gift card for Walmart at Wellness last week (Native American Community program where I walk each week.) I bought a yoga set with mat, video, ball and two straps. Quit copying me!
